Delivery area and cost
We deliver within Australia only. Standard shipping from Byron Bay Optical to the customer is currently free within Australia.
Dispatch estimates
In-stock non-prescription items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Prescription eyewear and lens orders are prepared to order and are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days after we have confirmed the prescription and any required fitting details. For lens replacement in your own frames, this estimate starts after we receive and inspect your frames.
If we need more information before production or dispatch, we'll contact you.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to regional or remote locations may take longer.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we'll email the tracking details after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the parcel is collected.
Sending your frames for lens replacement
If you are sending your own frames for lens replacement, you are responsible for arranging and paying postage to send your frames to us. Please use a hard case or protective packaging and include your order number inside the parcel.
