What prescription do I need?
A current prescription from your optometrist. You can upload it or enter the details during checkout. If anything is unclear, incomplete, or may not suit the lenses you selected, we'll contact you before production begins.
How does replacing lenses in my own frame work?
Order your lenses online, then post your frame to us in a hard case or protective packaging with your order number inside. We inspect every frame for suitability before any lens work begins.

How long will my order take?
Typically 7-10 business days to make, then 2-7 business days for standard delivery. For lens replacement, the estimate starts after we receive and inspect your frames.
