    Upload a clear photo wearing your frames so we can measure how your eyes sit within the frame.

    Send Your Frames

    After checkout, follow the send-in instructions provided with your order.

    Inspection Before Production

    Lens work will not start until your frames have been received and confirmed as suitable.

    Receive Your Glasses Back

    If suitable, we make and fit your new lenses, then return your glasses ready to wear.

Frame Suitability

Some frames may not be suitable for lens replacement. Byron Bay Optical will inspect your frames before production begins and reserves the right to decline work if the frames are unsuitable, damaged, brittle, or unsafe to fit. If there is an issue, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Sending Your Frames

Please send your frames in a hard case or protective packaging. Byron Bay Optical is not responsible for damage that occurs while your frames are in transit to us.
